Delivery

Returns Process

You can initiate returns through your Wuva account online or by contacting customer service. Once requested, we'll arrange collection.

Do I need to keep the box?

For subscription or rental orders, please keep hold of the original box, as you’ll need it to return the item to us at the end of your hire. If the box is lost or damaged, no problem. We can send a replacement for £30, which covers the box and delivery.

We understand that items will experience normal wear and tear through regular use, and we cover the costs of refurbishments and maintenance as part of our service.

If an item sustains damage beyond what's considered typical use, you may be charged repair costs. For items that cannot be repaired or are lost, we may charge a maximum of the reasonable market value of the product.

No wrong answer - it depends how long you need it and how much flexibility you want. Subscribing means low monthly payments with nothing upfront. Return, swap, or upgrade after your minimum term, and fair wear and tear is always included.

Buying means a one-off payment and it's yours to keep. Sell it, pass it on, or hold onto it for years. Free delivery either way.

How to Choose the Right Helmet Size

To find the correct helmet size for your child, measure the circumference of their head using a tape measure placed about 1 cm above the eyebrows and ears, ensuring it wraps around the widest part of the head. Compare the measurement with the available sizes:

If the helmet feels tight, adjust the internal size dial to loosen or tighten the fit. The helmet should sit level on your child’s head, covering it properly with the front edge about 1 cm above the bridge of the nose.
