What's the difference between renting and buying?
When you rent, you pay a low monthly fee to access a Wheelchair for as long as you need it, then return, swap or upgrade when you're done. When you buy, you own it outright with a one-off payment. Both include free delivery, and you can mix and match across your orders.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, most products have a minimum term which is shown on the product page. After that, you can return anytime and we'll arrange free collection on a day that suits you. You can swap kids bikes anytime.
Can I swap my product?
Of course. Simply get in touch with our support team and we'll organise a swap for free.
What happens if my Wheelchair is damaged?
Fair wear and tear is completely fine. That includes light scratches, small dents and minor cosmetic marks. If damage goes beyond normal use, a repair charge may apply in line with your agreement.
