FAQs
How does the Kids Bike Subscription work?
- Choose the Right Bike: Browse our range of lightweight, high-quality bikes and pick the perfect size for your child. If you’re unsure, we can help you choose.
- Subscribe and Get It Delivered: Pay for the first month and we’ll deliver the bike to your door on a day that suits you. Monthly payments follow after that.
- Ride, Grow, Swap: Your child enjoys their bike as long as they need it. When they outgrow it, you can swap it for the next size up — all deliveries and collections are free.
- Return Anytime: If you no longer need the bike, just let us know. We’ll collect it for free and stop your subscription.
Why choose Wuva?
We’re supporting a new era of sustainable play. With Wuva, your child can ride a premium kids bike on a fully flexible monthly plan. When it’s outgrown, we collect it for free, refurbish it, and pass it on to another family. It’s a cost-effective way to keep up with growth—and a kinder choice for the planet.
What happens after the minimum rental term?
After the the minimum term you're free to keep renting on a rolling monthly basis. You can swap or cancel at anytime with two weeks notice.
How do I return my bike?

What happens if my bike is damaged?
At Wuva, we understand that bikes are meant to be enjoyed, so normal wear and tear is completely expected. Small marks and routine maintenance like new tyres or cables are all included.
If a bike appears to have been used in a way that goes beyond regular children’s riding, we may need to charge for repairs. In very rare cases where the damage is severe, we may have to recover the full value of the bike.
Will you run a credit check?
On most items we use a Soft Credit Check to protect Wuva and our members. For more information please contact hello@wuva.com.
