Montreux FAQs
Everything you need to know about Montreux before you get started
How does renting Montreux work?
Browse our range of Montreux from trusted UK brands, choose how you'd like to access them, and we'll deliver straight to your door for free. Buy outright or rent monthly. When you're done, return or swap anytime after your minimum term with free collection.
What's the difference between renting and buying Montreux?
When you rent Montreux, you pay a low monthly fee to access them for as long as you need, then return, swap or upgrade when you're done. When you buy, you own outright with a one-off payment. Both include free delivery, and you can mix and match across your orders.
How much does it cost to rent Montreux?
It depends on the product. All prices are shown clearly on each product page with no hidden fees. Choose between monthly rental or buying outright.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, most Montreux have a short minimum term which is shown on the product page. After that, you can return anytime and we'll arrange free collection on a day that suits you.
Can I swap my product?
Of course. Simply get in touch with our support team and we'll organise a swap for free. It's perfect if your needs change or you want to try something different.
Is delivery free on Montreux?
Yes. Free delivery is included on all Montreux across the UK unless specified otherwise, with no minimum spend.
What happens if my product gets damaged?
Fair wear and tear is completely fine. That includes light scratches, small dents and minor cosmetic marks. If damage goes beyond normal use, a repair charge may apply in line with your agreement.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return for free if you change your mind, no questions asked.
Do you run a credit check?
We run a soft credit check for renting Montreux and it won't affect your credit score. Most orders are approved instantly. If you're not approved, we'll let you know within one working day and issue a full refund.
Is Wuva safe to use?
Wuva is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA reference 1002223). We're backed by InnovateUK, British Business Bank and Virgin StartUp, and every product is checked and prepared before delivery.
