Cancellations & returns
Leases (subscription products)
If you’ve taken out a lease subscription, you may cancel it within the 14-day cooling-off period, in line with consumer contract regulations.
To cancel, log in to your Wuva account and select “Cancel subscription”, or email us at hello@wuva.co.uk.
We'll arrange collection and cancel the contract. Once a subscription is approved, Wuva allocates, prepares, and reserves equipment and resources exclusively for that hire period. A refund will therefore be calculated, taking into account any services rendered , charges for damage, and loss of opportunity to rehire the equipment.
Purchases
If you’ve purchased a product, you can return it within 28 days of delivery.
Returns are free of charge. The product must be returned in reasonable condition, allowing for inspection and testing.
To start a return, contact us at hello@wuva.co.uk, and we’ll arrange collection.
Short Term Rentals
If you've taken out a short term rental (fixed dates), Wuva allocates, prepares, and reserves equipment and resources exclusively for that hire period.
Therefore we are unable to offer refunds on short term rentals due to the costs involved and the loss of opportunity to rehire the equipment.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned product, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
