How does the Pushchair Subscription work?

  1. Choose the Pushchair: Browse our range of high-quality pushchairs, from newborn-ready to all-terrain. Not sure which suits your needs? We’re here to help you decide.
  2. Subscribe and Get It Delivered: Start your subscription with your first month’s payment, and we’ll deliver your pushchair on a day that works for you. Monthly payments continue after that.
  3. Use & Swap: Enjoy the pushchair for as long as it suits your family. When your needs change — whether it’s a growing child or a new lifestyle — swap it for a different model. All deliveries and collections are free.
  4. Return Anytime: No longer need your pushchair? Just let us know. We’ll collect it for free and stop your subscription, no hassle.

What happens after the minimum rental term?

After the the minimum term you're free to keep renting on a rolling monthly basis. You can swap or cancel at anytime with two weeks notice.

How do I return my pushchair?

Simply log into your Wuva account and click 'Request Return'.

What happens if my pushchair is damaged?

At Wuva, we know pushchairs are made to be used — so everyday wear and tear is completely fine. Light scuffs and general upkeep, like new wheels or cleaning, are all covered.

If a pushchair has clearly been used outside of normal family life, we may need to charge for repairs. In rare cases of serious damage, we may have to recover the full value of the pushchair.
