Help at hand!

Brilliant service and easy contact help always on hand I rented a mobility scooter recently and it arrived crated up? The chap from WUVA came out around seven thirty that same dark wet night and helped me unpack and get the scooter inside! Also he helped me tidy up all the packaging! Great service!!!!

Which Woom size does my child need?

Woom bikes are age-graded by model and wheel size:

Woom 1 / 1 Plus — balance bikes, around ages 18 months–4.
Woom 2 (14-inch) / 3 (16-inch) — early pedallers, around ages 3–6.
Woom 4 (20-inch) / 5 (24-inch) — around ages 6–10.
Woom 6 (26-inch) — around ages 10+.

Woom bikes are age-graded: Woom 1 and 1 Plus are balance bikes, Woom 2 (14-inch) and 3 (16-inch) suit early pedallers, and Woom 4 (20-inch), 5 (24-inch) and 6 (26-inch) cover older children. Our size guide helps you choose.

When your child outgrows their Woom, you swap to the next size up on your subscription — we deliver the new bike and collect the old one free of charge, so there's nothing to store or resell.

Yes — every Woom can be bought as well as subscribed to, and many are available refurbished (checked and prepared by Wuva) for less than new. You can also subscribe first and buy later.

Yes — free delivery to your door anywhere in mainland UK, and free collection when you swap a size or return the bike.

There's a short minimum term shown on the product page. After it you can swap sizes or return at any time, and we collect the bike free of charge — cancel whenever you're done.
