Returns Process

You can initiate returns through your Wuva account online or by contacting customer service. Once requested, we'll arrange collection.

Do I need to keep the box?

For subscription or rental orders, please keep hold of the original box, as you’ll need it to return the item to us at the end of your hire. If the box is lost or damaged, no problem. We can send a replacement for £30, which covers the box and delivery.

We understand that items will experience normal wear and tear through regular use, and we cover the costs of refurbishments and maintenance as part of our service.

If an item sustains damage beyond what's considered typical use, you may be charged repair costs. For items that cannot be repaired or are lost, we may charge a maximum of the reasonable market value of the product.

No wrong answer - it depends how long you need it and how much flexibility you want. Subscribing means low monthly payments with nothing upfront. Return, swap, or upgrade after your minimum term, and fair wear and tear is always included.

Buying means a one-off payment and it's yours to keep. Sell it, pass it on, or hold onto it for years. Free delivery either way.

A light aluminium frame, a 45mm travel suspension fork and eight gears. Built for children aged 8 to 12, the Precaliber 24 8-Speed Suspension handles school runs, woodland adventures and family trail days on the same bike, and stays in good order long enough to hand down.

45mm of Fork Travel

The front suspension fork has 45mm of travel to absorb bumps and jolts, which is what lets a rider stay in control on a rough descent rather than getting bounced off line. It is enough for genuine off-road riding, not just kerbs.

Eight Gears Via Twist Shift

An intuitive twist shifter makes changing gear easy mid-climb, and eight gears give enough spread to get up a hill seated instead of pushing.

Low Frame, Easy On and Off

The low frame design makes standing over the bike and climbing on and off straightforward, which matters when a rider is at the top of the kids size range. The integrated saddle handle adds support while they are still building skills.

Yes. However, once a booking has been confirmed, Wuva allocates, prepares, and reserves equipment and resources exclusively for that hire period.

Cancellations within 14 days may therefore incur a charge to cover these costs and the loss of opportunity to rehire the equipment.

We run a soft credit check for renting and it won't affect your credit score. Most orders are approved instantly. If you're not approved, we'll let you know within one working day and issue a full refund.
