Delivery

Our standard delivery time for the Li-Tech Cybex Electric Folding Scooter is 2-3 working days from confirmation. We'll provide tracking updates throughout the process.

We select appropriate courier services based on your item's size, delivery location, and handling requirements.

Returns Process

You can initiate returns through your Wuva account online or by contacting customer service. Once requested, we'll arrange collection.

Do I need to keep the box?

For subscription or rental orders, please keep hold of the original box, as you’ll need it to return the item to us at the end of your hire. If the box is lost or damaged, no problem. We can send a replacement for £30, which covers the box and delivery.

We understand that items will experience normal wear and tear through regular use, and we cover the costs of refurbishments and maintenance as part of our service.

If an item sustains damage beyond what's considered typical use, you may be charged repair costs. For items that cannot be repaired or are lost, we may charge a maximum of the reasonable market value of the product.

No wrong answer - it depends how long you need it and how much flexibility you want. Subscribing means low monthly payments with nothing upfront. Return, swap, or upgrade after your minimum term, and fair wear and tear is always included.

Buying means a one-off payment and it's yours to keep. Sell it, pass it on, or hold onto it for years. Free delivery either way.

Why the Cybex

Folds down for travel

Folding scooters like the Cybex Electric Folding Scooter are built around portability. Fold it down for the car, take it on holiday or store it neatly at home, then unfold it at your destination and carry on with your day. It is a great choice for family visits, holidays and trips where a larger scooter would not fit.

Light, nimble and easy to use

Its compact size makes it easy to manoeuvre in shops, cafés and tighter spaces, with simple controls that new users pick up quickly. As a pavement scooter it is designed for pavements and pedestrian areas, with no DVLA registration needed.

Refurbished and ready

Our hire fleet comes from expertly refurbished stock. Every unit is fully inspected, battery tested and has worn parts replaced before it goes out, so it arrives ready to use.

Don't just take our word for it - hear from our members about renting and buying Li-Tech Cybex Electric Folding Scooter

Brilliant alternative to buying new

We've been using Wuva's bike subscription for our 6-year-old for about eight months. Kids grow so fast that buying new every year felt wasteful and expensive. When my daughter outgrew her first bike, we just swapped it for the next size up.

Solid experience for mobility equipment

Needed a rollator for my mum after her hip operation and didn't want to buy outright when we weren't sure how long she'd need it. Wuva's rental option was exactly what we were after. The equipment was clean and clearly well-maintained.

Trade-in process actually works

I'd been putting off sorting out my son's old half-size violin for ages. Wuva gave me a fair trade-in value, sent a prepaid label, and credited my account quickly. We put the credit towards a three-quarter size for him to grow into.

Everything you need to know about Li-Tech Cybex Electric Folding Scooter before you get started

Browse our range of products from trusted UK brands, choose how you'd like to access them, and we'll deliver straight to your door for free. Buy outright or rent monthly. When you're done, return or swap anytime after your minimum term with free collection.

When you rent, you pay a low monthly fee to access the product for as long as you need, then return, swap or upgrade when you're done. When you buy, you own outright with a one-off payment. Both include free delivery, and you can mix and match across your orders.

It depends on the product. All prices are shown clearly on each product page with no hidden fees. Choose between monthly rental or buying outright.

Yes, most products have a short minimum term which is shown on the product page. After that, you can return anytime and we'll arrange free collection on a day that suits you.

Of course. Once you have completed your minimum term, simply get in touch with our support team and we'll organise a swap for free. It's perfect if your needs change or you want to try something different. Swapping within your minimum term incurs a fee, detailed in your rental contract.

Yes. Free delivery is included across the UK unless specified otherwise, with no minimum spend.

Fair wear and tear is completely fine. That includes light scratches, small dents and minor cosmetic marks. If damage goes beyond normal use, a repair charge may apply in line with your agreement.

Yes. However, once a booking has been confirmed, Wuva allocates, prepares, and reserves equipment and resources exclusively for that hire period.

Cancellations within 14 days may therefore incur a charge to cover these costs and the loss of opportunity to rehire the equipment.

We run a soft credit check for renting and it won't affect your credit score. Most orders are approved instantly. If you're not approved, we'll let you know within one working day and issue a full refund.

Wuva is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA reference 1002223). We're backed by InnovateUK, British Business Bank and Virgin StartUp, and every product is checked and prepared before delivery.
