Returns Process
You can initiate returns through your Wuva account online or by contacting customer service. Once requested, we'll arrange collection.
Insurance
We understand that items will experience normal wear and tear through regular use, and we cover the costs of refurbishments and maintenance as part of our service.
If an item sustains damage beyond what's considered typical use, you may be charged repair costs. For items that cannot be repaired or are lost, we may charge a maximum of the reasonable market value of the product.

What's the difference between renting and buying Woom Go 1?
When you rent, you pay a low monthly fee to access the product for as long as you need, then return, swap or upgrade when you're done. When you buy, you own outright with a one-off payment. Both include free delivery, and you can mix and match across your orders.
How much does it cost to rent Woom Go 1?
It depends on the product. All prices are shown clearly on each product page with no hidden fees. Choose between monthly rental or buying outright.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, most products have a short minimum term which is shown on the product page. After that, you can return anytime and we'll arrange free collection on a day that suits you.
Can I swap my product?
Of course. Simply get in touch with our support team and we'll organise a swap for free. It's perfect if your needs change or you want to try something different.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Free delivery is included across the UK unless specified otherwise, with no minimum spend.
What happens if my product gets damaged?
Fair wear and tear is completely fine. That includes light scratches, small dents and minor cosmetic marks. If damage goes beyond normal use, a repair charge may apply in line with your agreement.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return for free if you change your mind, no questions asked.
Do you run a credit check?
We run a soft credit check for renting and it won't affect your credit score. Most orders are approved instantly. If you're not approved, we'll let you know within one working day and issue a full refund.
