Delivery

Returns Process

You can initiate returns through your Wuva account online or by contacting customer service. Once requested, we'll arrange collection.

Do I need to keep the box?

For subscription or rental orders, please keep hold of the original box, as you’ll need it to return the item to us at the end of your hire. If the box is lost or damaged, no problem. We can send a replacement for £30, which covers the box and delivery.

We understand that items will experience normal wear and tear through regular use, and we cover the costs of refurbishments and maintenance as part of our service.

If an item sustains damage beyond what's considered typical use, you may be charged repair costs. For items that cannot be repaired or are lost, we may charge a maximum of the reasonable market value of the product.

No wrong answer - it depends how long you need it and how much flexibility you want. Subscribing means low monthly payments with nothing upfront. Return, swap, or upgrade after your minimum term, and fair wear and tear is always included.

Buying means a one-off payment and it's yours to keep. Sell it, pass it on, or hold onto it for years. Free delivery either way.

An 8-speed microSHIFT drivetrain gives them enough range to spin up a long hill and still keep pace on the flat. Plenty of choice without the complication of a front shifter.

Smooth Tyres, Faster Rides

Wide 2" tyres with a smooth tread roll quickly on tarmac and hold on well enough for park paths and greenways. It is a noticeably faster bike than a knobbly-tyred one on the school run.

Light Enough To Actually Control

The Alpha Silver Aluminium frame takes the bumps and jumps kids inflict on a bike, while staying light enough that a smaller rider can handle it confidently. V-brakes with hand levers slow things down on the way back down.

Yes. However, once a booking has been confirmed, Wuva allocates, prepares, and reserves equipment and resources exclusively for that hire period.

Cancellations within 14 days may therefore incur a charge to cover these costs and the loss of opportunity to rehire the equipment.

We run a soft credit check for renting and it won't affect your credit score. Most orders are approved instantly. If you're not approved, we'll let you know within one working day and issue a full refund.
