Returns Process

Do I need to keep the box?

For subscription or rental orders, please keep hold of the original box, as you’ll need it to return the item to us at the end of your hire. If the box is lost or damaged, no problem. We can send a replacement for £30, which covers the box and delivery.

We understand that items will experience normal wear and tear through regular use, and we cover the costs of refurbishments and maintenance as part of our service.

If an item sustains damage beyond what's considered typical use, you may be charged repair costs. For items that cannot be repaired or are lost, we may charge a maximum of the reasonable market value of the product.

No wrong answer - it depends how long you need it and how much flexibility you want. Subscribing means low monthly payments with nothing upfront. Return, swap, or upgrade after your minimum term, and fair wear and tear is always included.

Buying means a one-off payment and it's yours to keep. Sell it, pass it on, or hold onto it for years. Free delivery either way.

Step Through, Not Over

The lowstep frame is the feature riders notice first. With no high top tube to swing a leg over, mounting and dismounting is easy in any clothing, and stopping at lights or stepping off at a junction feels natural rather than awkward. The geometry keeps you upright and relaxed, so you can see traffic clearly and finish a ride without an aching back or shoulders.

Yes. However, once a booking has been confirmed, Wuva allocates, prepares, and reserves equipment and resources exclusively for that hire period.

Cancellations within 14 days may therefore incur a charge to cover these costs and the loss of opportunity to rehire the equipment.

We run a soft credit check for renting and it won't affect your credit score. Most orders are approved instantly. If you're not approved, we'll let you know within one working day and issue a full refund.
