Delivery

Our standard delivery time for the Trek Fetch+ 4 is - working days from confirmation. We'll provide tracking updates throughout the process.

We select appropriate courier services based on your item's size, delivery location, and handling requirements.

Returns Process

You can initiate returns through your Wuva account online or by contacting customer service. Once requested, we'll arrange collection.

Do I need to keep the box?

For subscription or rental orders, please keep hold of the original box, as you’ll need it to return the item to us at the end of your hire. If the box is lost or damaged, no problem. We can send a replacement for £30, which covers the box and delivery.

We understand that items will experience normal wear and tear through regular use, and we cover the costs of refurbishments and maintenance as part of our service.

If an item sustains damage beyond what's considered typical use, you may be charged repair costs. For items that cannot be repaired or are lost, we may charge a maximum of the reasonable market value of the product.

No wrong answer - it depends how long you need it and how much flexibility you want. Subscribing means low monthly payments with nothing upfront. Return, swap, or upgrade after your minimum term, and fair wear and tear is always included.

Buying means a one-off payment and it's yours to keep. Sell it, pass it on, or hold onto it for years. Free delivery either way.

Trek Fetch+ 4, an Electric Cargo Bike That Can Replace a Car

Carry up to five children in front of you. The Fetch+ 4 is an electric cargo box bike with a Bosch Performance Line Cargo motor, a 750Wh battery and a configurable front box, built to take on the school run, the shop and the weekend without the car coming out of the drive.

A Box That Changes As They Grow

The front box takes a bench and two child seats, with multiple configuration options so the bike adapts as your family changes. Maximum box weight is 80kg, and up to five children can ride. Having them in front of you also means you can talk to them, which is most of the appeal.

Power For Loaded Hills

A Bosch Performance Line Cargo smart system motor puts out 250W and 85Nm of torque with support up to 25km/h, backed by a 750Wh battery. Torque is what matters on a loaded cargo bike, and 85Nm is enough to pull away from a junction fully laden without drama.

Brakes and Handling For a Heavy Bike

Four-piston hydraulic brakes give the stopping power a loaded cargo bike genuinely needs, and a suspension fork keeps the front settled on rough tarmac. A stable kickstand holds the bike upright while you load children in.

Low Maintenance, High Security

A Gates CDX belt drive with a CVT hub shifts seamlessly and needs no oiling. There is an adjustable dropper seatpost for sharing the bike between riders, a MIK HD rear rack for more capacity, a smartphone controller with wireless charging and Bosch BCM anti-theft protection.

Fair wear and tear is completely fine. That includes light scratches, small dents and minor cosmetic marks. If damage goes beyond normal use, a repair charge may apply in line with your agreement.

Yes. However, once a booking has been confirmed, Wuva allocates, prepares, and reserves equipment and resources exclusively for that hire period.

Cancellations within 14 days may therefore incur a charge to cover these costs and the loss of opportunity to rehire the equipment.

We run a soft credit check for renting and it won't affect your credit score. Most orders are approved instantly. If you're not approved, we'll let you know within one working day and issue a full refund.
