How it works: Choose your minimum rental period, then enjoy flexible month-to-month rolling terms. Your rental automatically continues until you decide to return the product.
Payment: Your first payment is due when you submit your rental request. Monthly payments collected automatically via debit or credit thereafter.
Early termination: You can end your rental after the first 4 weeks with 2 weeks' notice. An early exit fee may apply if you terminate before the minimum rental period ends.
What's included: Product warranty, customer support, and replacement if defective.

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 days from confirmation, with free delivery included. We'll provide tracking updates throughout the process.

You can initiate returns through your Wuva account online or by contacting customer service. Once requested, we'll arrange collection.

We understand that items will experience normal wear and tear through regular use, and we cover the costs of refurbishments and maintenance as part of our service.
If an item sustains damage beyond what's considered typical use, you may be charged repair costs. For items that cannot be repaired or are lost, we may charge a maximum of the reasonable market value of the product.

In the event of a discharged battery, the emergency manual lowering system ensures safe and controlled descent.

Manufactured from high-quality powder-coated steel, the Marlin Hoist is both robust and easy to maintain. The electric leg opening uses a Linak LA23 actuator, giving carers full control of leg positioning. The boom lift is powered by a Linak LA40 actuator. Tool-free assembly allows for quick setup, transport, and storage.
