How it works: Choose your minimum rental period, then enjoy flexible month-to-month rolling terms. Your rental automatically continues until you decide to return the product.
Payment: Your first payment is due when you submit your rental request. Monthly payments collected automatically via debit or credit thereafter.
Early termination: You can end your rental after the first 4 weeks with 2 weeks' notice. An early exit fee may apply if you terminate before the minimum rental period ends.
What's included: Product warranty, customer support, and replacement if defective.
Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

We understand that items will experience normal wear and tear through regular use, and we cover the costs of refurbishments and maintenance as part of our service.
If an item sustains damage beyond what's considered typical use, you may be charged repair costs. For items that cannot be repaired or are lost, we may charge a maximum of the reasonable market value of the product.

The Medley Ergo Low Profiling Bed by Invacare has been expertly designed to provide safety, comfort, and flexibility for users in home, residential, or community care settings. With a minimum height of just 21cm from the floor, the bed reduces the risk of injury from falls, particularly when used with a floor-level safety mat. This ultra-low height offers peace of mind for both users and carers.
The bed can be elevated to 61cm or 68cm depending on the mounting position, allowing carers to work at a comfortable ergonomic height. This dual height adjustment supports both user independence and safe caregiving, helping to reduce back strain for carers and family members.
The Medley Ergo features a four-section electric profiling mattress platform, enabling a wide range of positions to meet individual comfort and clinical needs. Users can easily adjust the backrest, thigh, and leg sections for sitting, elevating the legs, or pressure relief, all with simple electric controls.
For added flexibility, the bed has an adjustable bed-end system that allows the mattress platform to be mounted at two heights. This supports safe transfers while also allowing carers to work comfortably. The bed is quick to transport and assemble, with a transport kit available for easy relocation. No tools or specialist technicians are required, making installation straightforward in mobile care environments.
Optional side rails are available in wooden or steel finishes, providing additional safety and support according to user needs or room décor.
