Help at hand!

Brilliant service and easy contact help always on hand I rented a mobility scooter recently and it arrived crated up? The chap from WUVA came out around seven thirty that same dark wet night and helped me unpack and get the scooter inside! Also he helped me tidy up all the packaging! Great service!!!!

How does Wuva work?
Browse our range of products from trusted UK brands, choose how you'd like to access them: buy outright or subscribe - and we'll deliver straight to your door for free. When you're done, return or swap anytime after your minimum term with free collection.
What's the difference between renting and buying?
When you rent, you pay a low monthly fee to access a product for as long as you need it, then return, swap or upgrade when you're done. When you buy, you own it outright with a one-off payment. Both include free delivery, and you can mix and match across your orders.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, most products have a minimum term which is shown on the product page. After that, you can return anytime and we'll arrange free collection on a day that suits you. You can swap products anytime.
Can I swap my product?
Of course. Simply get in touch with our support team and we'll organise a swap for free.
What happens if my product is damaged?
Fair wear and tear is completely fine. That includes light scratches, small dents and minor cosmetic marks. If damage goes beyond normal use, a repair charge may apply in line with your agreement.
Is Wuva safe to use?
