How it works: Choose your minimum rental period, then enjoy flexible month-to-month rolling terms. Your rental automatically continues until you decide to return the product.

Payment: Your first payment is due when you submit your rental request. Monthly payments collected automatically via debit or credit thereafter.

Early termination: You can end your rental after the first 4 weeks with 2 weeks' notice. An early exit fee may apply if you terminate before the minimum rental period ends.

Monthly discount: Longer minimum commitments may qualify for reduced monthly rates.

What's included: Product warranty, customer support, and replacement if defective.

Your responsibility: Use safely, keep secure, and return in good condition (normal wear accepted).

Delivery & Returns

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 days from confirmation, with free delivery included. You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout, and we'll provide tracking updates throughout the process.

We select appropriate courier services based on your item's size, delivery location, and handling requirements. Standard Delivery is always free.

Returns Process

You can initiate returns through your Wuva account online or by contacting customer service. Once requested, we'll arrange the most appropriate return method and send detailed instructions, which may include a return label for postal drop-off or courier collection at your convenience.

Return Requirements

Returns are free after 3 months of rental. If you return before the 3-month period, return fees may apply. You must give at least two weeks' notice after the first four weeks of rental, and items must be returned in good condition with proof of postage.

We understand that items will experience normal wear and tear through regular use, and we cover the costs of refurbishments and maintenance as part of our service.

If an item sustains damage beyond what's considered typical use, you may be charged repair costs. For items that cannot be repaired, we may charge a maximum of the reasonable market value of the product.

We do not provide insurance for loss or theft of our products. Where an item is lost, our maximum liability is the reasonable market value of the item. For high-value items, we recommend verifying that your home insurance provides adequate coverage or considering additional insurance.

We conduct soft credit checks for all new members as part of our verification process to ensure the security of our service and protect our community.

Soft credit checks are non-intrusive background checks that do not impact your credit score. The process involves a quick review of publicly available credit data to verify your identity and assess your eligibility for our rental service.
