Returns Process

You can initiate returns through your Wuva account online or by contacting customer service. Once requested, we'll arrange collection.

Do I need to keep the box?

For subscription or rental orders, please keep hold of the original box, as you’ll need it to return the item to us at the end of your hire. If the box is lost or damaged, no problem. We can send a replacement for £30, which covers the box and delivery.

We understand that items will experience normal wear and tear through regular use, and we cover the costs of refurbishments and maintenance as part of our service.

If an item sustains damage beyond what's considered typical use, you may be charged repair costs. For items that cannot be repaired or are lost, we may charge a maximum of the reasonable market value of the product.

No wrong answer - it depends how long you need it and how much flexibility you want. Subscribing means low monthly payments with nothing upfront. Return, swap, or upgrade after your minimum term, and fair wear and tear is always included.

Buying means a one-off payment and it's yours to keep. Sell it, pass it on, or hold onto it for years. Free delivery either way.

Combining a thoughtful folding design with a host of practical features, it offers a smooth, supported ride for both indoor and extended outdoor use, while folding down compactly for transport and storage where space is limited.

Comfort and Support

The Simply Fold features a padded seat cushion and a lightly padded soft mesh half-folding backrest for all-day comfort. A Velcro calf strap provides additional support, while the swing-away footrests with adjustable Velcro straps help keep the user secure and can be moved aside to allow closer access to tables and worktops. The footrests can also be removed entirely when needed, making transfers and storage straightforward.

Folding and Portability

Designed to make transportation simple, the Simply Fold can be easily disassembled and folded without the need for tools, reducing its weight and footprint for car boots, cupboards, and tighter spaces. Folded dimensions are a compact 83cm × 40cm × 79cm, and removing the batteries makes the chair lighter still for lifting and loading.

Smooth and Secure Ride

Suitable for extended outdoor use with indoor capabilities, the Simply Fold delivers a smooth ride thanks to pneumatic run-flat tyres on the rear wheels. A secondary parking brake adds an extra layer of security, and push handles allow a carer to assist when required. The 200W motor provides a maximum speed of 4mph (6.4km/h) with a range of up to 16km (10 miles) on a full charge.

Intelligent Joystick Controller

The easy-to-operate joystick controller includes speed and battery gauges, speed increase and decrease buttons, a horn, and an on/off button. A built-in USB port allows users to charge a small device such as a phone on the move, keeping you connected wherever you go.
